During this Challenge, our members will be working on their flexibility. Children and Adults are measured for 2 stretches – the pancake stretch sitting down and the pike stretch standing up. There will be prizes awarded for Overall Total and Improvement.
Please be careful and always warm up prior to stretching. A good time to stretch is during the break in between the 1st and 2nd half of class. At home start off slowly and stretch for longer. Try holding a stretch for at least 30 seconds multiple times.
