Thursday March 6th Black Belt Program:

Children 4:45 – Balancing/Core Strength:  We will be practicing and performing exercises designed to test your balancing abilities and core strength.

Adults/Teens 6:30 – Sparring Counter Attacks:  We will be focusing on just a few counter attacks that will be repeated and learned, and then tested.
