Wednesday 4:00 Children’s Light Sparring Class:

We are going to have to make a change to the new Wednesday 4:00 Light Sparring Children’s class age range.

The 4:00 Wednesday class will be for 5-8 year olds.

The 4:45 Wednesday class will be for 9-12 year olds and up.

12 year olds and up are also eligible to attend the Wednesday 6:30 or Saturday 12:00 classes.

All children, all ages, can attend the Saturday 10:15 Sparring class.
