Friday, April 12th – SPORTS BANQUET REGISTRATION DEADLINE

If your child would like to participate in our Sports Banquet you must register by today, Friday, April 12th.  As I will be ordering trophies with engraved names on them, I need to know in advance if your child would like to participate.

Forms and Board breaking competition in these age groups if numbers allow:  5-6, 7-8, 9-11 and 12-14 years old.  Every child will receive a trophy engraved with their name for participating.  We will have additional trophies for “Best Performance”  in the different age groups.

Registration fees are $20 per child or $35 per two children.  Please click on the following link to register:
